About the job

As an application support engineer you will be responsible for the resolution of technical ICT incidents:

You register, analyze and solve incidents according to defined procedures
You will perform a proactive analyses of incidents to enhance existing systems and procedures
You work in a technical environment where the main goal is to provide support for various applications
You inform end-users about the status of the problem and maintain a high level of general satisfaction
You are flexible in regards to executing different tasks

Your Profile

A bachelor degree in IT or equal by experience
You see problems as a challenge
You are analytical, independent and have the necessary responsibility 
You are immune to stress
Microsoft Office has no secrets for you
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
A decent level of SQL-databases
You are willing to work in shifts
