Our client is an important player in regards to digital marketing solutions for the automotive sector. Because of the growth during the last years, the company is currently looking for a Service Desk Operator who can reinforce the team in Antwerp.
About the job
As a motivated Service Desk Operator your responsibilities will be the following:
- You’ll provide remote support by phone or mail towards clients who encounter technical and functional problems with the CRM and CMS applications.
- You’ll guide these clients with their different questions and try to help them the best as possible. In case very specific and complex problems occur, you’ll escalate the problem to the in-house specialists.
- On the other hand you’ll be the direct link for the developers who design the applications.
- You actively participate in the improvement of the applications by documenting re-occurring problems and reporting them towards the development team and the Account Managers.
- If you have a Bachelor’s degree and/or a first experience that would be considered a big plus.
- Our client is looking for someone who has a very customer-oriented mind-set
- You have a very good knowledge of both Dutch and French. You also have a good knowledge of English.
- You are a quick learner and are interested in working with CRM applications.
- Above all you are an enthusiastic team player but you have no problem with working autonomously.
